This promoter(BRIGHTON MARKET) is very good and simply not part of pump and dump. They have few tickers that simply went up and years later they are still at that PPS. So I would be very cautious about judging these guys. Just play the ticker with your target and get out when it hits the target. Personally I don't see this running any less than $3+ by the kid week of October.
