The one piece of info I am trusting is in the interview with Tripp. He said that his attorneys have studied this issue and believe the Dixie X line can be sold as a hemp food product legally.
Now it doesn't mean the Gubbermint will not try to put up a fight when they find out what is going on.
I think it just means that he can beat them in court if they do. Let's keep our fingers crossed and hope that it doesn't happen though.
It is an election year and there could be some over zealous federal prosecutors out there who will try to stop it from coming to their states. Heck, the FDA could even try to step in since they are claiming a therapeutic value to the product and the gum as a registered medical delivery device in other countries. It's a fine line to walk since very few published studies have been done on CBD by itself.
Like I said I hope none of this happens but we were assured by Tripp that they are ready if it does. I don't think he would risk his whole Dixie business if he wasn't 100% sure that what they are doing is completely legal.
What happens down the road is anyones guess..... Laws can be interpreted many different ways. That's why I'm going to stock up on the tincture sooner than later. It will make a lovely addition to the extracts that we already make from the flowers of the Bubba Kush plant. I know a dozen people who can't wait to see what Dixie X will do for them.
I'm not sure how well the CBD does on its own but mixing it in with a high THC extract should leave us all feeling much better while counteracting the euphoria that you get from just taking the THC alone. Now we can take higher doses without getting higher....
