Unwind the Monster in you with Koma. Monster in the morning, Unwind in the evening. If there is any other company that could profit from buying out Bebida, I think it would have to be Monster. Using present distribution channels, it could take Koma across the nation in a few months, not to mention commercials in prime-time.

Of course, there could be some sort of non-majority partnership for Monster whereby they purchase and tie-up a good portion of the existing shares in a restricted-sale deal that infuses Bebida with big-time promo revenue (not from stock, but cash equity) and distribution channels to switch Koma into afterburner mode.

However, I'd rather see Koma make it in the New York, New York style. I can hear Liza singing right now. Anyway, this is a huge opportunity for anyone in BBDA right now, cause they're already on their way!
