hello Be Confident,looking to neom valuation by market cap(I leave YA debt a side).NEOM valuation/market cap with 2.5 bil o/s at pps of one penny .01 comes to $25 mil
doing r/s of 1/100 to reduce o/s to 25 mil at pps of $1 comes to $25 mil
so my bet here is will ever neom valuation/market cap will reach to ...say/guess...$100 mil or $250 mil before/after r/s ?

for dreamer like me NEOM possible to reach a valuation of $250 mil...that's 25 fold pps insrease.

ACTC a stem cell penny company with 2.2 bil o/s(base of yahoo)at pps of .08 has $165 mil in market cap.ACTC owns bunch of patents in stem cell with no rev.ACTC market cap was at $400 mil couple years ago......also believe if YA goes a way NEOM will get the valuation faster and who knows maybe even higher.
