Here is a story on it in the LA Times that they picked up from the MI. Story touts the environmental benefits of their process. Sure hope they can get this thing off the ground could really take off if they do.

"It involves technology that enables the coal to be liquefied into a viable fuel source without producing wastewater or emissions such as carbon dioxide."
