Metatron/i-Mobilize (MRNJ) 2012 Q3 App Revenue already greater than Q3 2011 App Revenue also No increase in A/S and no R/S extended to Q1 2013.

Preliminary numbers indicate 2012 Q3 app revenues are already higher than app revenues for 2011 Q3, and we still have a full month to go. We expect this final month in Q3 to be a record month due to the release of our latest mega-app “Ultimate Weight Loss” by Glenn Harrold.

August is +/- 1.5k of a record month. Apple's September payment to us will be the second highest we have ever received, the highest was in January 2011, after an extraordinary holiday season, and extra week in Apple payout.

The Company has sold over 1 million dollars in Apps worldwide, has had over 3.4 million app downloads and updates, and has served 8.2 million iAd impressions.

iAd revenue has increased 10% from July to August 2012, Android revenue was up 17% in same time period.

In appreciation to our valued and patient shareholders we are extending our moratorium on no increase in Authorized Shares and no Reverse Split through Q1 2013. Most likely we will extend well beyond that, and there are no plans to end moratorium. Our capital structure is probably sufficient for a couple of years still.

Yesterday we had 14 apps in the US Top 200 Grossing Apps for iPhone/iPad.

Our mega-hit “Relax and Sleep Well Free” by Glenn Harrold is currently #9 on Top Grossing US LifeStyle Apps. Relax Paid is #82, Ultimate Hypnosis is #88. Relax Free has been near the top of the charts for weeks now.

Ultimate Weight Loss just hit the iTunes store late yesterday, and has not been put in “What New” yet so it will be a day or so before we get data on that one, but we expect it to be solid.

Our Eckhart Tolle TV mega app is appearing top of the charts in many countries world-wide, and is gaining traction on a daily basis. The Eckhart Tolle webinar with Oprah was seen by over 35 million people worldwide, he is a regular guest on her network and the all-time top selling author in her bookclub. Eckhart will be giving a talk in Vancouver Sept 8th to 9th and we highly recommend everyone to attend, althought it may be sold out by now, check his website.

In September we are adding Push Notifications and Social Media Auto-Post features to our top Mega-App which has an install base of over 1 million customers, as a result we believe our ads /messages could potentially reach tens of millions of people on a regular basis. We also expect to offer these features as a service to other companies for an additional revenue stream.

Also in September we expect to release two massive updates to our top-selling apps Ultimate Hypnosis and Relax Free. The updates will include Push, Auto-Post, Video in-apps and more Audio in-apps. If we are lucky and Apple isn’t slowed down too much by the new iOs and new devices we will also get out another mega-app by a new client.

Apple will be release a new iPhone and iPad soon and we expect this to have a very positive effect on app revenues, along with the mass adoption of Apple products by China. We are currently working on Chinese versions of our top apps.
