Yes, insiders or for services to company! Your answer would be most enlightening! How, many restricted shares were sold by the way of sec 144 form???????? I got em,in my browser! what did he sell a few for???? Paperwork to do it the legal wise! Couldn't take it out of his other income outside of ICPA as like dividends! Other royalties, remember he sold something for one dollar!

Here is what I would like to share with everyone. We are in the best place this company has ever been. We have the biggest partnerships ever in the history of the company as people know and nothing has changed with that. At the end of this year we will be profitable for the first time ever. After building one of the largest distribution network on the planet. I took a fragmented environment and created relationships that when you see our distribution platform as a whole, it make sense.

We are finally going to own a TV network and have as a co-chairman a man that, like me, took his dream from nothing to reality. Joseph has built Punch TV and created jobs and change people lives. He did that on the belief that anything we can conceive and believe, we can achieve. Neither one of us knows how to quit.

The stock price and recent action does not even remotely reflect who we are as a company or where we are in our success path. It has not effected us in any of the deals we have worked on or are in the middle of completing. I've been around public companies for a long time, seeing them from both sides. What I know is... creme will always rise to the top. As long as I keep us moving forward and we keep building partnerships and a team of great people, the share price will eventually reflect who we really are. I'm not stopping. I'm not going anywhere and I will never give up on this thing that was once just my dream and which is now, for many of us, "Our Dream".

I did a great deal of work from back in 1999 with my business and Self Help Centers. I personally own the copyright on several audio programs including the Masters of Success, the Sales Meeting in a box programs, The World's Most Powerful Marketing Tool (Co-hosted by Chicken Soup for the Soul Author Mark Victor Hansen), The Investors Institute and many more. I also have many ebooks which I created which will sell very well today. I am selling all this to IC Places for a dollar and making it part of the company. We are working on the site now and should be able to release it in about 20 days.

UPDATE ON SELFHELPCENTERS.COM (How we got here and where we are now) .... We are very close to finishing SHC.

This is a passion of mine and was the thing that really launched my interested into starting an internet based business about 9 years ago. My love for these kinds of programs started well before this. When I was very young my father would buy books and records (long time ago) by these g...reat motivational speakers and authors like Napoleon Hill, Earl Nightingale and Zig Ziglar. Somehow I gravitated to them and they helped to mold who I am. My desire to share what I learned was what started a business which I called "The Reason for my Success". Using fax machines I became a large seller of these tape programs. This led to Mark Victor Hansen and I recording "The World's Most Powerful Marketing Tool" in which we told the story how I took scrap fax machines and built a mini Self Help empire.

It's interesting that just 9 years ago tech was not in a place that allowed us to deliver video and processor connection speeds, though revolutionary, where by today's standards mid-evil. I launched the SelfHelpCenters website and just like with the fax machines the concept worked. I ran it until 2005 when IC Places popped into my head and took over my time.

Here we are now and I'm going through the final tweaks of the site. I'm going to give our programers in India a few extra days and on Monday the 25th I'm going to open the site to the public. We will begin adding speakers and authors. Being the tradition entrepreneur I am, (kidding) I am not going to wait till have a 100 speakers to open the doors. I'm going to let everyone see our progress from day one. You will see the first speakers as they join us and the growth from day one of the relaunch. I'm excited to let everyone experience the growth form day one. That's what entrepreneurship is all about. That first step, that first sale. I'm excited to be able to share it with all of you in this rebirth of a great idea.
