That's interesting....can you show me where the company said "after we r/s, THEN we plan on raising the A/S"?
All I've seen is a 14c with several issues on it, two separate ones....one being a 1:10 r/s, and a separate one stating A/S increase to a billion....now, as to which order those two things happen, I haven't seen anything...people are just assuming its post r/s...why could it not be that the company raises the A/S FIRST, and THEN r/s down to 100 million? Just asking, because Ive been reading everything so much I may have missed a timeline for those events.
