Hi Toogoodfella, I hope all is well in your world.
That statement really says it all...
"Lehman is now out of Chapter eleven..The POR was approved"

So, with that being true, hasn't there already been a discharge of old debt? Or does that only occur after the POR approved $65B is paid out to the senior classes?

Do we know exactly which debts will be discharged if it has not occurred already?
