The last few weeks have been hectic. We've made some mistakes, but we have also made progress. We are entering a quiet period not by choice but by necessity and circumstances. All governmental authorities, as well as others, have been notified. The issues pertaining to the future of the Corporation are out of our hands at present. The discovery phase is, for all practical purposes, over. I will keep you abreast if there are any material developments.

To close, I will like to send a warning to anyone who may be considering investing in this Corporation. At present, we are not seeking any investment funds, via equity or loan. If anyone is currently approaching you to make an investment in this company, it is a fraud. We are not in any way, shape or form looking for any investors right now.
