Yeah, I do not think "GRADY" is out completely. GRADY, got lost in what his direction was with MXMI. Good intention, but lack of knowledge. But, you pointed out, and I pointed out, THERE was no "DILUTION" at any time with MXMI. Yes had promoters here and there, but "GRADY", did not follow through. Now at this point, LABS, has taken over, LABS, has a plan/money to move MXMI forward. And at this point, MXMI, is a "BUY".You may sit with it, one/two months, but no longer before a "POP" to multi-pennies. My opinion.
