The registered agent resigned on June 12, 2012 and Ken Ash did not engage a replacement RA. The corporation was dissolved on 8/20/12. See the "History" tab.

It seems that Ken Ash, who has never issued a statement since the SEC suspension, has simply abandoned the corporation and its shareholders. In retrospect, he wasn't the best choice to be the court-appointed custodian.
