Looks like Celsius has resorted to slow paying vendors to conserve cash. "Accounts payable, accrued expenses and other
liabilities" almost doubled in 6 months.

That could be a problem. First suppliers stop supplying things, then they sue you.

With Celsius owing CDS another $6 million on top of the other liabilities, CDS might be the one to force a bankruptcy filing, giving CDS the company.

Tick tock as they say.
