I agree. This transaction isn't getting the credit that it deserves. I'm not sure if it's because they said they were going to do it and it was priced in, or if people just don't get it. A company with a going concern in their audited financial statements, a long history of losses and limited hard assets, gets a $30mm loan. They couldn't have done this a year ago. They didn't get the loan because of their AVID business. Very positive.
