Firechief... debt financing


I started a post and was trying to write what you said but did not have time to explain... YOURS is better than anything I could have done anyway.

I have 32M shares and may add some more today but my wife has banned me from buying more, hell she wanted me to see all of it at .50 and I said no (dimuntively). She does not understand what is about to happen imo... this stuff does not interest her from science or investing side. I did buy another 3M shares with "my money" been here since late 2005 thru all the pain.

The $30M is labelled as "debt" but it's de facto not debt. PPHM doesn't have the "cashflow" to repay it, nor the "net asset coverage" to repay it. It's taking the market a while to figure out the implication, IMO. The $30M is a pseudo institutional equity investment, of material magnitude. Disclosure: I've added significantly.
