I think "Andrew's" email is just a "Boilerplate response".

Let's see,Patients "A","B"and "C" (1st cohort) are recruited on or about 09/15 (each with about , let's say 6 months +- to live),and now they have to wait the balance of 4 months for dosing to start? (What if their conditions deteriorate faster than expected,which often happens?)
I don't think so.

I think dosing will start when the first cohort is "assembled"

I think recruiting will be ongoing, filling the remaining cohorts and dosing them according to the time schedule for each cohort.
I also suspect that patients have already been identified for the most part.Most likely "in house".
