The reason for the slide is dilution with no revenue. Unlike UCH# stock which has diluted but has REVENUE. A real viable business which is at 0006 and this is at 0040.

After the RS this stock will simply do the same thing (keeps the 500 mill AS, Nice move Gman) It will go down until they get off their boat (azz) and get some revenue happening. until then...simply embarrasing. Why do they have to keep diluting when they are doing nothing. How much does it cost for upkeep of a boat?
