I agree with you. I had a chance to look around 10-11 and you can see, trading wise, what they are doing.

Knocking it down by small blocks then covering up to .016 or so, then repeating the process thus far.

Thus the reason the buys are stopping now at .016-.0162

This is, in fact, 100% short covering 101.

They will continue this until this is buying pressure.
