Some people feel that Vert is Frank's MM for his sales. It would make sense based on the selling Vert has been doing the past 6 months. He is seldom on the ask but always seems to have shares to sell. If not from Frank, where the heck is he getting the hundreds of millions of shares he is constantly selling?
