You're right in the fact you never know with penny stocks. The thing is many penny stocks do go from penny's to dollars. Etgg has new owners, new products and a very low share count. Just from looking at and then touring their facilities they have invested a lot of money into this. Also they have an excited CEO that actually takes time emailing investors back. Etgg has a great shot at reaching .50 to $1.50, and IMO it will.
