Hey Red, the learning process for this company has been extraordinary. You cannot imagine the leap forward that this company has made in such a short time. Even if you ignore for the moment the people behind the company, you must think of the leap forward into the accounting and SEC reporing process that has taken place with the infusion of Rotenberg. The entire accounting reporting system is being revolutionized so that this company becomes transparent EVEN MORE THAT SOME OF THE PENNY STOCK COMPANIES THAT OPERATE IN THE USA.
The utilization of Rotenberg and the hiring of a former Rotenberg expert to help the company in its every day processing of invoices and related material will drastically improve the reporting process of the next 10Q and resolve once and for all the issue of further refiling with the SEC.
If you want to to really know the level of reporting of many of the small Chinese companies listed on the pinkies, just look at BFAR which is considered the bottom of the pit, all IMHO (I have not used this abbreviation in ages).
I am sure that Rotenberg is having a field day right now, but remember that once the accounting process is in place the cost of filing will be slashed drastically and this company will feel secure in knowing that if Rotenberg overcharges, they can always find other auditors who can provide a more competitive price if needed. My concentration right now in pushing Tse to achieve the task that he has undertaken. I believe in the multiplying effect, and i know that if you have $5 million on hand right now you can turn over turn inventory over many times as fast as your business allows you and your profit of 10% can be multiplied along the same line. Just give Wang the money and he knows how to run the business better than we do!!
