Seriously, I go out of my way to track down Mr. Tallant (he wasn't answering emails or returning phone calls for eons!) and share DD with the board. The thanks I get is an accusation of overselling the conversation! I left out some minutia about the # of barrels and other such stuff in case I misinterpreted what he said (would rather certain info be reported in a PR anyway). I had a pen and paper and even asked Mr. Tallant to repeat some details for confirmation and accuracy.

The phone call was also rather lengthy (Mr. Tallant is very chatty!), so there was no rushed conversation, or margin for error that rushed conversations have. I didn't oversell anything...first conversation end of JULY, he said news next week (not perhaps, but definite news next week). Then in the second conversation he stated a promo "second week of August" (his words, not mine!). Again, not perhaps, but a done deal already. The overselling was on Mr.Tallants part, not mine!
