Often times the stock and the company behind it are two different things.

The company may or may not be seeing a substantial increase in revenues. Nobody knows because they wont tell us anything.

The stock, however has some issues. The biggest problem is the millions and millions of shares sitting in front of any progress we might see. They all need to get purchased and into retail buyers hands. It would take massive volume to get that done. We have no volume.

Then once its fully diluted a R/S might be coming. No matter what wikipedia definition your CIO might give you about that it almost always hurts the current shareholder here in pinkyland.
