Hey guys, looks like Salem and IR are starting to communicate a bit. This is great news. Looks like no dilution and lots of financing from Falak!:
My Email to IR:
Hello Mr. Salem. I have been a sharehold with PSPW since December 2010. I believe in the company and judging by the recent newsletter and prs I'm very confident in the way things are going. Having said this, it seems like we may be under a short attack. I am curious if you have any idea when we will get a public Press release, and/or filing of a material event. Also, what about shareholder dilution? Surely the company needs to raise a huge amount of cash in order to acquire the various projects. Will shareholders be diluted on a major scale?
Thanks you for your answers

Brian,The main reason that 3power didnt accept numerous offers for financing is exactly to avoid major dilutions. Thanks to Mr.Falaknaz continous financing of the company OPEX, we are able to reject these kind of offers. The company is making progress on facilities that will accept underlying projects as a security and therefore avoid issueing massive number of shares.
This will mean that projects pipeline have to be definetly acquired like the case of Albania.
The company is working on closing decent capacity of megawatts projects in parallel with funding discussions. That is why it is taking a bit longer.
