Thats great news... however the real news is the completion and revs coming in... we will see prior to 2013... release says this site can serve Dongguan also, so does this mean Dongguan could fade from consideration... we are basically where we were and that was expected, well a more desireable location... most investors need something solid before taking the plunge, MDCE has a lot of debt, we need completion and revs...
