I know they all say that, but the work done on the property is real and verfiable (you can check that on the Canadian natural resources government website) and historical work has been done by big companies. They wouldn't have been around since 2007 and still be at this market cap if it was a scam.
Also note that Scott Keevil is the son of Norman Keevil (Teck)
