I just googled and search like crazy. Reviewed some company websites and read a few pdfs just now. I read about the SEC charges against Edward Bronson and E-Lionheart Associates LLC and
FAIRHILLS CAPITAL which are pretty much the same entity, just different names.

The problem I found with your accusations is that there is no real hard evidence in any link you have posted or on google, that shows DNAD is involved on what has recently happened to Edward Bronson E-Lionheart Associates LLC/FAIRHILLS CAPITAL. Sure the links you have posted shows Lovatt receiving money, but there is no proof he was involved in this scheme. At least there is nothing released to the public that shows indication DNAD is involved.

The only association I have found with DNAD and this company charges are links from IHUB with you stating that they may have involvement, and of course that is nothing credible.
