CLST Holdings Announces Resignation of Director

DALLAS, Aug. 30, 2012

DALLAS, Aug. 30, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- In a letter dated June, 23, 2012 Mr. Timothy Durham tendered his resignation as a member of the Board of Directors.

In his letter Mr. Durham stated:

"I am sure you are aware of the verdict returned June 20 in my trial here in federal district court in Indianapolis. Notwithstanding that verdict, I maintain my innocence of all charges. Nevertheless, it appears to me that under all the circumstances, it is in the best interest of CLST Holdings, Inc. for me to resign from the company's Board of Directors. Therefore, I hereby tender my resignation as a member of the Board of Directors of CLST Holdings, Inc., and from all positions with the Board of Directors, effective immediately. I understand my resignation will become irrevocable once accepted by the Board of Directors."

On July 2, 2012, the Board of Directors accepted Mr. Durham's resignation.
