I'm not referring to any so-called matrix group; no MM etc. writes me and tells me what they have done or will do with any stock. I make my judgments by what the TA is telling me and by most importantly what I have repeatedly told you IMHO how worldwide merchandising operations works. It's not necesarily good, bad, or indifferent, it's just part of IMVHO, normal day-to-day merchandising operations.

Remember these 4 key words, they are the keys to understanding how things work in the market: Accumulation, Distribution, Selling Short, and then Short Covering; Rinse and Repeat. :)

IMVHO, selling short is critical to the efficient functioning and trading in all stock markets worldwide for hedging risk and other purposes and is a good thing not a bad thing. It's like saying fire is bad, it's bad if it is used to harm people, it's good if it's used to heat homes and cook food, :)
