Here is my statement.

Disclosure on compensation, how they will be paid and what Tivus will receive in return?

There are many components of compensation, the information I want is only the part that puts the pieces of the puzzle together, that make sense. Things that make you say, we can do that, great move. Not, the vague statements that leave you wondering how in the heck this name will come to Tivus for nothing and leaves us going Hmmmmm?

This type of information is consistently missing from Tivus PR's and is a reason for lack of credibility. He can do it without going overboard.

I did not listen to CC, as my interest here is now weighted more to TIVU the stock and less Tivus the company. Not sure on the DOL insurance question but as much as Jsteel has talked about it, he should know. I'm gonna guess it has something to do with BOD - Directors' Liability Insurance. If they screw up they have protection.
