The reason I think its coming to an end, crossing my fingers, is the release indicates the conversions have been taking place. So worse case, lets assume 250k remains. Thats about 150 million, but I think its less than that. That number of shares would hit the 4.99% max if done all at one time. And right now, its not like the retail trader is flipping for a profit.

Here's to hoping that we are both wrong.....and its even less than my original guess.
