Not sure what MM they use, but for what it's worth this is some info found after a 13F institutional filing of all holdings came out in August. Another poster provided this link showing they held zero Neomedia shares as of end of March. So between the two filings we know they picked up the shares in the second quarter.
How and where from we don't know. They could have received them directly from YA or bought on open market....that's the question haven't been able to know for sure.

Can't find much out about this firm.  Other then they are based outside San Fransisco.  They were listed as one of the larger firms in San Fran having an est.  2.6 billion under mgt

The number of shares is interesting, it's a few million under where they would have to file a 13g as a Bene Owner of 5% or more.

Remember Murray filed an amended 13g on 6/29 holding 54,719,345...also making him just under a 5% Bene Owner at 4.9%. when he reported.

I guess what we won't know is wether KCM bought the shares on open market....or they are another shares-instead of cash investor pulling out of YA.

That would bring total holders as of 6/29:
Murray.        54m
KCM.           50m
Soon.         113m
YA Global.  100m est (just estimating based upon the their reported holding of 9.9% in the 10k      a few months earlier.  Seems as of recent they hold common in the 7-9.9% range.)

So I would think that's 300m plus shares held from these 4 as of end of June
Pretty high % of float

What happened since??  Who knows

The only connection I can see between Murray, KCM, and Soon....is CALIFORNIA
