You were right about that buy-back PR too. Given what is known now, that was very disingenuous of them, and that was about the time that Rob sold the debt too if I recall correctly. I'm not sure we can beleive them anymore even if they do communicate. You know, I think I recall it is possible to shareholders CAN force a change in governance and it takes representation of more than 10% of the outstanding shares and a lawyer representing them to do it.
