There are a couple of things from my preliminary research

302,030,234 shares issued and outstanding

2.Net Loss since inception $7,421,635

Although there is some debt, and the share structure is larger than I would like, as a long term hold in this market of ever tightening oil and gas stocks this is the sector to be in. It will take a while for revenues to come in here so those playing it need to consider the long term advantages of oil and gas plays..
Most oil wells do produce for upwards of 30 years (usually)
