R/M- Reverse merge, bringing a private company, hopefully w/ excellent cash flow, into our shell, NSFE.......So far my gut is telling me, the private end looks really good, so Jay doesn't have to dilute us currently or in the past, into outerspace, lol........disclaimer: as of this post...
