i think people are p..... off at the diluion and the selloff are people trying to get out - with good reason; i'm by no means an expert, but from what i've seen, these penny stocks either run like the devil bit them or they tank into oblivion. The ones that are being diluted tend to be the latter....

I also think that the PRs are just fluff.... them trying to rescure the sinking ship.

BUT

... this is a 10 year old company with >80 employees, 23 milion / year in revenue, and a market cap of only 7 million dollars = WAY undervalued


with all those shares out there they are ripe for a buyout by a competitor....

all of course JMHO !
