Zeev, re: human life beginning
My simple conclusion is that the fetus is a live human. I call the fetus a baby.
If the baby is not living, it is dead. We know the developing baby of a pregnant mother is not dead.
The baby is some sort of living organism - what is it? The DNA is human. Yet the DNA is not the mother's DNA, so the baby is a human distinct from the mother.
Since the baby is a living human, she deserves constitutional protection.
The viability arguments are pointless. A full term healthy baby is not viable outside the womb without extensive intervention by others - at least not until the child is 3 or 4 years old. So viability should be removed from the equation.
