DUE DILIGENCE

I know that many of your are trying to investigate the company and conduct DD on its management and its plans. By doing that many questions are being asked that really have nothing to do with the company's strategic plan for growth. I know that many of you are looking to position yourself for a lottery win on either purchasing or shorting the shares of this company, and are grabbing at straws and breadcrumbs of information to assist you in making choices and purchase early in the game.

I ask that you be patient and not go off on tangents. The company's full strategic plan, once completed, will be made public to all of you. We will disclose which entities are being purchased, what assets those entities have, which companies are related and our business model is. However, we will not disclose this information before it is completed and it is time to let everyone know.

Many of you are questioning our business in Russia. The management of MIHL had been doing business first in the Soviet Union and then in Russia and the CIS since 1987. In addition, we have been doing business in South America for over 5 years. Based on our international experience there are many business connections and opportunities that are open to this company on the international arena and especially Russia and the CIS. When any agreement is signed we will of course issue an appropriate press release however, just because some of the members of the board do not have international experience does not mean that the management is not serious about doing business overseas. I suggest that before our actions are dismissed out of had you wait and see what happens.

I will be reducing my time dedicated to these posts as soon as the website is online and Mr. Robert Ringold assumes the official position of investor relations. I believe that he will make a blog available as part of the site for you to post questions and comments. I will however continue to remain a resource for you in my unofficial capacity to help bring transparency to MIHL's business plans albeit on a much reduced level.
