Bork just signed a "bad" deal to settle debt, arguably they were forced into that corner but it was NOT a good deal.....the entity that bought the debt needs to mitigate the risk associated with such a high risk transaction so to do that volume needs to go way up....so :
1) BORK signed a bad deal and gave up a substantial amount of stock.
2) Just after that deal is inked volume heads WAY up....this is no coincidence.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
WITHOUT REVENUE BORK SP will slowly erode over time until to company is history.
We are well beyond the point of "good news" helping stock price now we need REVENUE and only REVENUE will save the business.
