R/S of C/S max 8-1 vote 8/31/12..is change in A/S also included ?
Are They Voting to leave the A/S as is?
Sorry for not doing my own DD soooo all feel free to ignore me…asking this question.
August 31st vote to determine the R/S (max 8 x 1) yet is there, and if so where is it, mentioned that the A/S could also be mathed/changed at a/any ratio, via this same single “vote”?
Those with R/S experienced know that a “R/S” does not automatically ratio into play the “A/S” at the same rate.…any changes in the Authorized Shares require separate identification….a separate disclosure vote.
Again, sorry if I’m being lazy I simply didn’t see any notice of change, to be voted on, for the A/S to change during this proposed R/S of the C/S.
I’m scratching my head?
