Received a reply from Perla IR. They said that an Investigation is currently going on (I guess Workinit was correct) and per their Legal team, they have been advised not to comment or disseminate information right now.
However, they did stress:

We are confident we will achieve a satisfactory result for our shareholders shortly.

So, still holding & waiting --- and looking forward to "shortly!"
