look at the past 4 years with this CEO. Look at the financials. See how the stock shares keep increasing.

I'll take this opportunity to review for the new people who aren't sure about the share structure.

When current management took over in April 2009, they were unable to tell anyone how many shares there were. How anyone can buy a company without even knowing the share structure first is beyond me, but I digress.

When the share count was finally divulged, it turned out to be a little over 5 billion. The CEO raised the authorized number to 7 billion so as not to "handcuff" the company and allow for capital needs. Apparently they quickly exceeded the extra couple billion shares he left room for, because before you know it, he had jacked the share "cap" up from 7 billion to 9.5 billion.

Well, that didn't last very long, either. The "cap" was consistently blown through and the A/S was raised - all the way to 15 billion - as the share price went down to .0001 and eventually no-bid. While it sat at no-bid for a few months, the company apparently stopped signing up new distributors because they stopped putting out PRs when you couldn't buy their stock.

But, the fearless CEO had promised everyone a share buyback and assured them there would be no Reverse Split until after two reporting audited quarters! I guess I don't have to tell people that wasn't quite true, since instead of a share buyback, he did a 1000:1 reverse split in October 2010 and nearly two years later, the company remains unaudited and non-reporting. That brought the number of shares from 12.7 billion to 12.7 million.

Shortly thereafter, share sales started up full blast once again, driving down the .10 shares (formerly .0001 shares) all the way to .0003 while jacking up the number of shares once again to nearly 2.3 billion. To translate, if you take away the smoke and mirrors of the reverse split, that means they have issued over 2.2 trillion shares in about 3 years and driven the share price from .0006 or so down to today equivalent of .000012x.

Accounting for the reverse split, the shares today are worth less than when the company had nothing but $400K in debt and a couple cases of water.

There were approx 800M shares last fall when the company announced it had fully paid the old debt. That somehow got up to 2.2B in a few months before they announced they'd stop selling them.

There's currently a promise on the table of no more reverse splits and a share buyback by the end of the year or so. Use your own judgement about the value of those statements coming form this company, given their history.
