Actually I dont know, all I know is as he explained it is very complex...and that the indian company is very much an extention of us based tivus....only necessary to do business in india much easier than a us corporation trying to do business internationally. The bulk of our conversation was on another subject that I (NOT SP) am choosing to not talk about on ihub.
