As long as Evans still has shares, we should see him as an insider of sorts. And if he finally cashes out, what then? Does he downgrade to the level we're at? Probably not.

As Chris Christie said, it's time for truth telling, and this is where the integrity of the Board comes into play big time. As long as Evans is in the picture in any way, we've got a snake in the woodpile. And I'm not profiling him here; he profiled himself in a negative light long ago.
