FTM, I don't see this as equal outcomes. In one case [AA], we get to sell our stuff right away, in the other, we don't. I think AA would be (short- term, maybe even long-term) much more valuable.

Frankly, despite what the regulations say, I'm guessing if the FDA sees the kind of value in Bavi that meets the intent of the AA process, they'll approve it the fastest means possible that would get treatment to the patients. I know it's the government, but still.....
