I doubt the issue is his desire to do so. I suspect the issue is money.
BBDA is facing expanded distribution and production costs, increased marketing and advertising expenses, untold travel expenses that are associated with all of the above, and day to day operating expenses that are most certainly increasing as well.
Once they cover all of those costs, the remaining money might not be enough to execute any kind of a meaningful buy-back initiative. We won't know until they publish new financials and news updates.
