We have just got off phone with Capnmike, let me clarify a point that some of you may need to hear. We fully agree with Capnmike about our best solution being:
1) The leadership of Loch go back to the table and do their fiduciary responsibility that they have been empowered to do. It is in all shareholders best interest that the spinoff takes place, and CDEx is headed by a person that will always keep the shareholder in the forefront, and his or her own agenda at home away from the company. I can once again assure you that we have very capable people that are shareholders of record who can certainly further our cause as our CEO. We have learned from Capnmike that he has talked to people all over the world and it is of the utmost importance that current Loch leadership act swiftly and correctly to the benefit of shareholders.
Wow, Ontheedge00 was insuring all shareholders that MP wouldn't be doing what he has been doing! LOL
I wonder who Capnmike talked to, what he told those people and what he was told.
