I did call AOAC and they put me through to Nora. She said that MMTC has the one certification for Listeria (which in my mind confirms they have a machine) and that they were working on 2 other certifications (which is what we have been told by the company). When I asked about timing she said they were waiting on the USDA and gave me Mr. Greenwald email and a phone # with a 805 area code (which I found to be for a previous MMTC contact). I emailed Mr. Greenwald and he forwarded me to Jeffery Nunez, who was very informative and quite easy to talk with. From my experience of following your advice of calling and talking to Nora, I am more convinced I have made a good investment. I'm sorry you don't agree, all I can say is hide and watch. INEO sales and profits are around the corner, better get some shares. GO MMTC.
