Probably about as real as the previous two JVs with WSRA were back in 2009 and GDSM has been trying to grow for over 3 yrs.

but the deal is real, the mines are real, the funding is real.

There is no proof that the deal is real. Has a JV been signed? Will shareholders get to see the terms?

The Azurite is an old abandoned mine with sections flooded with toxic water.

There is NO PROOF that any funding is in place. In fact shareholders have not even been told how much money is needed to return the mine to production. No Feasibility report has been done.
