This is still speculation. Correct me if Im wrong, you dont have to have a special license which is stated on the very paperwork you are referring to. Other than that, what license are you referring to because there are millions out there, for what they sell, nothing special needed.

Futhermore, how do you know BW and JH are "best buddys" as you say? witnessed this yourself or is this speculation. The paper said that JH is in trouble. IMO, its another example that someone who is honest got mixed in with someone who didnt realize was dishonest. Thats what conartists are good at. JH can flim flam you in a heartbeat, and you would never see it coming. Tell us, what is it exactly that lead up to JH obtaining all those shares? exactly. with documented proof, please.
